Full Itinerary - Cyprus 7 Nights, 6th Jun - 13th Jun 2025

Places we will be visiting:

Paphos - Limassol - Tombs of the King - City of Kourion - House of Dionysos - Paphos Castle - Baths of Aphrodite - Byzantine - Neifytos Monastery - Akamas Peninsula National Park - Nicosia - Lefkara Village - Cruise to the Akamas - Edro lll shipwreck - Lara Turtle Bay - Avakas Gorge - Adonis Waterfall

Day 1: 6th June 25 - Departure Day

 

We will meet at MIA at 6.55 am for our check-in and 2 hr 25 min flight from Malta to Paphos.

On arrival, at approximately 11.20 am, the coach will take us to our hotel for the check-in and walking distance for lunch extra.

Time to settle down in our room,s and later we meet for a walk and dinner extra.

Day 2: 7th June 25 - Paphos & Limassol(8 Hrs)

 

When we finish breakfast, we have a full-day excursion optional to Paphos and Limassol.

Step into history with a fascinating tour of ancient Greek civilisation! Begin at the Birthplace of Aphrodite, where you’ll discover hidden gems of Cyprus and capture breathtaking photos. Explore the legendary Tombs of the Kings, an archaeological wonder that will leave you in awe.

Next, visit the ancient city of Kourion before enjoying an hour of free time at the picturesque Limassol Marina. Return to Paphos for a traditional lunch extra, then admire the stunning mosaics at the House of Dionysos, showcasing the artistry of the era.

End your journey at Paphos Castle,  entrance included, steeped in history and legend. This immersive tour is a must for history lovers, offering a taste of Cyprus’ rich past through its sights, stories, and flavours.

Day 3: 8th June 25 - Troodos Mountains (8 hrs)

 

Today, we have a full day out. After breakfast, we drive to the optional Troodos Mountains Tour.

Embark on a scenic journey through the Troodos Mountains, passing lush forests and historic landmarks. Visit the serene Chrysorroyiatissa Monastery, the revered Kykkos Monastery with its priceless icons, and the solemn tomb of Archbishop Makarios III, set against breathtaking mountain vistas.

As you wind through the rugged peaks and verdant valleys, take in the ever-changing landscapes that define this majestic region. Explore the charming wine village of Omodhos, where cobbled streets, historic sites, and local wineries showcase Cyprus’s rich heritage. Stroll through its medieval square, visit the Monastery of Timios Stavros, and sample some of the island’s finest wines.

Conclude your adventure with a photo stop at the legendary Rock of Aphrodite, where myth and natural beauty meet along the Mediterranean coast.

Day 4: 9th June 25 - Bath of Aphrodite (8 hrs)

 

After breakfast, we are going to visit the Bath of Aphrodite, optional.

Explore Saint Paraskevi Church in Geroskipou, a stunning Byzantine landmark, and admire its intricate religious iconography. While in the village, sample the famous Loukoumia (Turkish Delight) and browse local shops for traditional crafts. 

Visit the Saint Neofytos Monastery, where you can step inside the sacred cave of the 12th-century monk and experience his secluded way of life. Discover the Baths of Aphrodite, a peaceful natural pool surrounded by lush greenery and linked to the goddess of love. Stroll through Akamas Peninsula National Park, taking in breathtaking views of rugged cliffs and the Mediterranean Sea. 

Enjoy the maritime charm of Latchi Harbour, where fishing boats and yachts create a picturesque coastal scene. Take a moment to relax at a seaside café and soak in the tranquil atmosphere. End the tour with a scenic return to Paphos via the stunning Coral Bay coastline, capturing the beauty of Cyprus along the way. 

Day 5: 10th June 25 - Nicosia & Lefkara (8 hrs)

 

After breakfast, we have another excursion optional to  Nicosia & Lefkara.

Begin your journey from Paphos to Lefkara Village, renowned for its handmade Lefkaritika lace and exquisite silverware. Wander through its charming cobblestone streets, visit artisan workshops, and browse local shops for unique souvenirs.

Continue to Nicosia, Cyprus’ historic capital, and visit St. John’s Cathedral, a 17th-century church adorned with stunning frescoes. Explore the Green Line, the buffer zone dividing the city since 1974, before crossing into Northern Nicosia via the Ledra Street Checkpoint.

Enjoy a traditional Cypriot meal extra at a local taverna such as To Anamma or Piatsa Gourounaki, with free time to explore. Conclude your journey with a scenic return to Paphos, enriched by the history and culture of Cyprus.

Day 6: 11th June 25 - Akamas, Blue Lagoon and Adonis Waterfalls (8 Hrs)

 

After breakfast, we have another excursion optional to  Nicosia & Lefkara.

Begin your journey from Paphos to Lefkara Village, renowned for its handmade Lefkaritika lace and exquisite silverware. Wander through its charming cobblestone streets, visit artisan workshops, and browse local shops for unique souvenirs.

Continue to Nicosia, Cyprus’ historic capital, and visit St. John’s Cathedral, a 17th-century church adorned with stunning frescoes. Explore the Green Line, the buffer zone dividing the city since 1974, before crossing into Northern Nicosia via the Ledra Street Checkpoint.

Day 8: 13th June 25 - Departure Day from Cyprus

 

As everything comes to an end today, we depart from our hotel at 03.00 am to Paphos Airport for our way back home, our flight is at 05.45 am and the expected arrival time in Malta is at 07.30 am.
