By confirming a booking and/or making payment, the client (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been agreed and paid.
The Client making the booking does so on behalf of all travellers and confirms that all parties accept these Terms & Conditions.
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that all personal details provided are accurate and match travel documents. Pimaci Travel shall not be held responsible for errors resulting in additional costs.
Pimaci Travel offers:

Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of amounts paid.
The outstanding balance must be paid 30 or 60 days prior to departure, depending on the specific tour, as communicated at the time of booking.
Payment of the remaining balance confirms the Client’s intention to participate in the trip.
If the Client cancels after full payment has been made, the full amount paid will be retained, except where any costs are recoverable from suppliers, in which case such amounts may be refunded at Pimaci Travel’s discretion.
Any changes requested by the Client after booking confirmation will incur:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Pimaci Travel reserves the right to make changes to travel arrangements due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond its control.
Where a significant change occurs before departure, the Client will be offered:
A suitable alternative arrangement where available; or
